1) Fill in your address clearly

Make sure the street name, landmarks, and area details are filled correctly to avoid delivery issues.

2) How to paste Google Maps pinpoint (required for Instant & Paxel)

1) Open Google Maps and search the destination address. 2) Press and hold until a red pin appears. 3) Copy the coordinates (e.g. -6.2316645, 106.8939713) or use Share to copy the link. 4) Paste it into the Pinpoint field on checkout. Pinpoint helps couriers find your location faster, especially for Instant/Same Day.

3) Delivery schedule

Delivery runs Monday–Saturday, 08:00–16:00 WIB (public holidays excluded). During special periods (e.g. Eid and New Year), longer holidays may apply. Cut-off time for same-day processing: • Instant: orders until 16:00 WIB • Same Day: orders until 14:00 WIB
