Cooking Directions :
- Boil 1 kg beef cutlets and 2000 ml water with low flame until the meat is
tender, take out the meat and set aside. (optional : sprinkle meat with a pinch
of salt then fry the Meat briefly)
- Add in 1.5 lt water to the broth, 300 ml instant coconut milk and 1 jar (210g)
of this seasoning paste. Cook until boiling.
Serving suggestion : Add tomato cuts, potato fritters, leprous lime/lime juice
and a little bit of sweet soy sauce. Sprinkle leek, fried shallot, & melinjo chips.
