Cooking Directions :
- Boil 800 g chicken and 3 liters water with low heat for about 30 mins. When chicken is tender, shred the meat and set aside.
- Add 1 jar (210g) of this seasoning paste, boil briefly (±5 mins).
- Serving suggestion : Serve soto soup with shredded chicken, glass vermicelli, bean sprouts, cabbage, boiled egg,etc. Add lime/lemon juice.
Tip : Garnish Soto with Koya Powder (Mix of prawn crackers and
fried garlic)
