Cooking Directions :

• Cook 1 kg beef cuts, 1 jar (220g) of this seasoning, 1500 ml water, and 6 tbsp sweet soy sauce or as desired. 

• Cook on low flame until the meat is tender and sauce thickened. Check if the meat is tender, add water as needed.
  Tips : 

  (1) Optional : Stir fry 1 jar of seasoning with 3 tbsp cooking oil.
  (2) Substitute meat with fried tofu, fried potato cuts, carrots, tomato cuts, etc. for vegetarian / vegan options. 

  (3) Substitute beef with chicken, egg, or any other types of meat for variations. 

  (4) Adjust water and cooking time according to the ingredients.
