Cooking Directions :
- Prepare 400 g vegetables (cabbage, carrot, sweet corn, eggplant, long bean/green bean, chayote, cabbage, etc.), 1.5 litres water, 1⁄2 jar (120g) of this seasoning paste, and cook until the vegetables are cooked (± 15 minutes)
- Add 100 ml instant coconut milk, stir until boiling then reduce the heat and keep cooking for ± 3 minutes (taste and add water as needed)
Serving suggestion : For 6 pax.
