Cooking Directions :
- Prepare 800 g beef cutlets (5 cm squares and 1 cm thick), 1 jar (200g) of this seasoning paste, 2.4 litres coconut milk made from 1.4 kg grated coconut (3 coconuts) OR 1.8 litres water and 600 ml instant coconut milk.
- Cook all ingredients to boil, then let simmer for 1-2 hours with low heat until sauce is thick, stirring occasionally.
- Check if the meat is tender, add water as needed.
- Serve with steamed rice.
Tip : Add toasted coconut shreds after the sauce is thick for texture.
