Cooking Directions :
- Boil 600 g beef cutlets with 3 lt water and 1 jar (220g) of this seasoning paste on low ame until the meat is tender.
- Check the meat, and add water if needed.
- Serve hot rawon soup with soybean sprouts and beef cutlets
- Add lime/lemon juice and sambal (chili relish)
Tip : add leeks and kafr lime leaves when cooking for extra avor.
