Cooking Directions :
- Prepare and clean (scale, gut, and slit on both sides) 1 kg fish (gourami/carp/mackerel).
- Rub with 1 tsp salt and 6 tbsp lime juice, leave for 20 minutes then wash.
- Fry fish until cooked, take out and set aside.
- Stir fry 1 jar (200 g) of this seasoning paste with 6 tbsp cooking oil (90 ml).
- Add in cucumber dan carrot batons, sliced tomatoes, and chili pepper.
- Pour the pesmol sauce over the fried fish and serve.
