Cooking Directions :
- Boil 600 g chicken cutlets 600 ml water, and 1⁄2 jar (105g) of this seasoning paste with low heat for about 30 mins. (optional : stir fry seasoning with 2-3 tbsp cooking oil).
- Add in 150 ml instant coconut milk then continue cooking on low heat until the chicken is tender.
