Cooking Directions :
- Pour hot water over 135 g dried noodles/rice vermicelli/glass noodles in a pot, drain, and set aside.
-Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil, add 2 eggs and scramble.
-Add 2 tbsp (50 g) CAP IBU Fried Noodle Seasoning along with 100 g vegetables and/or meat of your choice (leafy greens, cabbage, meatballs, meat, etc.).
-Add 80 ml water (⅓ cup), then cook until the vegetables are tender.
-Add the noodles/rice vermicelli/glass noodles and 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce, stir well over medium heat until evenly mixed.
