Cooking Directions :
- Cook 500g chicken, 1 jar (210g) of this seasoning, and 1600 ml water on low flame until the meat is tender.
- Take out the chicken, add 200 ml instant coconut milk, and continue cooking until the final soup 1200 ml.
- Set in bowls : vermicelli and bean sprouts (soaked in hot water), chicken shreds, boiled egg, Indonesian rice cakes (lontong/ketupat), lemon basil leaves, and lime juice. Pour with hot laksa soup, sprinkle fried shallot and melinjo chips.
