Cooking Directions :
-Prepare 1000 ml coconut milk made from 11⁄2 (600 g) grated coconut OR 700 ml water and 300 ml instant coconut milk. 

-Cook coconut milk and 1 jar (210g) of CAP IBU Chicken Curry seasoning paste and bring to boil. 

-Add 1 kg chicken cuts and cook for 20-25 minutes on low flame. 

-Keep stirring until the chicken is tender and the gravy thickened then serve.
 

Tips : if cooking with fresh coconut milk , strain the curry gravy before serving.
