Cooking Directions :
-Prepare and clean (scale, gut, and slit on both sides) 1.2 kg fish. Rub with 1 tsp salt and 4 tbsp lime/lemon juice for 20 minutes, then wash the fish.
-Cook 210g (1 jar) of this seasoning paste and 900 ml coconut milk made from 1.5 (600 g) grated coconut OR 500 ml water and 300 ml instant coconut milk. Add spring onion, 3-4 sliced green tomatoes, and birds eye chili for extra spice.
-Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, then add the fish. Continue cooking and keep
stirring until fully cooked.
Tips : if cooking with fresh coconut milk, strain the curry gravy before adding fish.
