Cooking Directions :
- Prepare 1 kg of spring lamb/sirloin, cut into cubes.
- Mix and squeeze with 1 jar (210g) of this seasoning then marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Thread meet onto a skewer. Grill over or charcoal grill and - smear occasionally with sweet soy sauce and oil.
- Serve with sliced shallot, tomato cuts, chili pepper, and sweet soy sauce.
