Cooking Directions :
Cook 1 kg chicken cutlets, 1 jar (210g) of this seasoning paste, and 400 ml water with low heat for about 30 minutes. Check if chicken is tender or add more water then continue cooking.
 

Grilling Sauce : Mix 10 tbsp of cooked sauce with 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce.
 

Optional : Add 1 tbsp margarine/butter to the grilling sauce for aroma.
 

- Cook with grill skillet pan : preheat the skillet with oil. Grill the chicken
by smearing grilling sauce evenly over medium-high heat.
- Cook with oven : preheat oven to 175°C. Place chicken inside the oven and smear
grilling sauce evenly then let it grill for 20 mins at temperature of 175°C.
Turn the chicken and repeat the process on the other side.
