Cooking Directions :
- Mix 500g chicken cutlets with 300 ml water and 60g (3 tbsp) of this seasoning paste.
- Cook with low heat until the chicken is tender, add water as needed.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown and serve.
 

Tip : Add 1-2 tbsp rice flour to leftover seasoning stock for extra crunchy bits.
