Cooking Directions :
-Prepare 1 kg chicken cutlets, 1 jar of CAP IBU Grilled Chicken in Rujak Seasoning Paste, 400 ml water, & 200 ml instant coconut milk OR 600 ml coconut milk made from a whole (400 g) grated coconut. 

-Cook all ingredients with low heat for 30 mins.
-Continue to stir as needed to make sure it cooks evenly or until the sauce is fully absorbed & thickened.

-Grilled version : Cook without coconut milk, add 1-2 tbsb sweet soy sauce or according to your taste.

-Grill the chicken on a grill pan or griddle. Brush with the sauce and grill until crisp and charred.
