Chinese Steamed Chicken with Ginger is a warm and nourishing dish prepared using a steaming method to preserve the chicken’s natural flavors and nutrients. Ingredients:
- chicken
- shiitake mushroom
- CAP IBU Garlic Fried Rice Seasoning Paste
- white ground pepper
- sesame oil
- green onions
- scallion
- jujube
How to Cook:
- Finely chop 2 segments of ginger, squeeze to extract the juice, and set aside.
- Slice 2–3 shiitake mushrooms and set aside.
- Marinate 500 g chicken pieces with 2 tbsp CAP IBU Garlic Fried Rice Seasoning, ½ tsp ground pepper, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and the extracted ginger juice.
- Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing sliced green onions (green part), the chopped ginger pulp, and ½ tbsp CAP IBU Garlic Fried Rice Seasoning. Pour hot oil over the mixture and stir well.
- Steam the chicken together with large scallion pieces and jujube (optional) until fully cooked.
- Serve the chicken with the dipping sauce and enjoy while warm.
