Ingredients:
- 1 handful (75 g) spaghetti
- cooking oil / olive oil (as needed)
- 2 tbsp CAP IBU Garlic Fried Rice Seasoning Paste
- 2 slices smoked beef / luncheon meat
- 5 button mushrooms
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- sliced chili (optional)
- CAP IBU crushed black pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- lemon basil leaves (as needed)
How to Cook:
- Boil 1 handful of spaghetti (75 g) until al dente, then drain.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add the sliced smoked beef / luncheon meat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced chili (optional).
- Sauté all ingredients until half cooked.
- Add the drained spaghetti.
- Add 2 tbsp CAP IBU Garlic Fried Rice Seasoning Paste.
- Add a little of the reserved pasta cooking water.
- Add 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle black pepper to taste, add salt (if needed).
- Stir until well combined.
- Reduce the heat and add the lemon basil leaves
- Turn off the heat and serve warm.
