- CAP IBU Ground Aromatic Ginger
- CAP IBU Himalayan Pink Salt
- CAP IBU Super Spicy Chili Relish
Ingredients:
- 1 block of tempeh (450 g)
- 1 tsp CAP IBU Himalayan Salt
- 2 handfuls of basil leaves
- 3 tbsp CAP IBU Sambal Geprek
- 1 tsp CAP IBU Ground Aromatic Ginger
How to Cook:
- Cut the tempeh, then lightly score both sides.
- Soak the tempeh in water mixed with 1 tsp CAP IBU Himalayan salt and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Fry the tempeh until slightly dry and golden yellow.
- Mix 3 tbsp CAP IBU Sambal Geprek with 1 tsp CAP IBU Ground Aromatic Ginger (optional) until well combined.
- Add the fried tempeh pieces, then pound together with the sambal until mixed.
- Add 2 handfuls of basil leaves, then lightly pound and mix until evenly combined.
- Serve with the remaining fried tempeh pieces.
