- CAP IBU Ground Aromatic Ginger
- CAP IBU Ground Ginger
Ingredients:
- 500 ml water
- 2 pandan leaves
- palm sugar to taste
- 1 tsp CAP IBU Aromatic Ginger Ground
- 1 tsp CAP IBU Ginger Ground
- ice cubes
How to Cook:
- Bring the water, palm sugar, and pandan leaves to a boil until the sugar dissolves and the aroma is released.
- Add CAP IBU Kencur Powder and Ginger Powder, then continue to boil while stirring.
- Serve warm or chilled with ice cubes, as desired.
