Boneless chicken thighs are marinated with selected seasonings, then cooked with the sauce until thick and glossy. Served with warm rice and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, perfect for an easy everyday meal or a special family dish.

- CAP IBU Chinese Fried Rice Seasoning Paste
Ingredients:
- 500 g boneless chicken thigh
- 1 tsp CAP IBU Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp CAP IBU Crushed Black Pepper
- 4 cloves garlic (minced) / 1 tsp CAP IBU Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp CAP IBU Oriental Fried Rice Seasoning Paste
- ½ tsp CAP IBU Ginger Ground
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1½ tbsp honey
- 300 ml water
How to Cook:
- Marinate 500 g boneless chicken thighs with 1 tsp Himalayan salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 4 cloves minced garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder), 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tsp sesame oil for 30 minutes.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, then pan-fry the marinated chicken on both sides until lightly browned.
- In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp Oriental Fried Rice Seasoning, ½ tsp ginger powder, 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce, 1½ tbsp honey, and 300 ml water. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan.
- Cook over low heat until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens and coats the chicken evenly.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the cooked chicken before serving (optional).
