Bumbu Tongseng

Mutton in Tongseng Seasoning Paste 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic, Candlenut, Turmeric, Green Chilli, Ginger, Lemongrass, Pepper, Salt, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).

Cooking Directions:

  • Cook 500 g mutton/beef/chicken cutlets with 1800 ml water until the meat is tender (if the meat is still tough, add a little bit of water).
  • Put ½ jar (115 g ) of this seasoning paste and 200 ml instant coconut milk, stir evenly. Cook to a boil and sauce reduced to 1500 ml.

Serving suggestion : 

  • For 5 pax. 
  • Cabbage sliced, tomatoes, and other vegetables.
  • Add sweet soy sauce, melinjo chips, and fried shallot.

Store in dry place with lid secured. 

Komposisi :

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Kemiri, Kunyit, Cabai Hijau, Jahe, Sereh, Lada, Garam, Gula, Minyak Nabati, Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202).

Aturan Memasak :

  • Rebus 500 g potongan daging kambing/sapi/ayam dengan 1800 ml air hingga empuk (Jika daging kurang empuk, tambahkan sedikit air).
  • Masukkan ½ botol (115 g) bumbu ini dan 200 ml santan cair instan, aduk hingga rata. Masak hingga mendidih hingga kuah tersisa 1500 ml.

Saran Penyajian :

  • Untuk 5 porsi
  • Irisan kol, tomat, dll
  • Tambahkan kecap manis, emping melinjo, dan bawang goreng.

Tutup rapat dan simpan di tempat yang sejuk dan kering.
