Bumbu Tongseng

 Aturan Memasak

Rebus 500 g potongan daging kambing/sapi/ayam dengan 1800 ml air hingga empuk (Jika daging kurang empuk, tambahkan sedikit air).
Masukkan ½ botol bumbu ini dan 200 ml santan cair instan, masak hingga mendidih dan kuah akhir 1500 ml.
Atur dalam 5 mangkuk : potongan daging, irisan kol, tomat, dll, tuang kuah panas tambahkan kecap manis, emping, dan bawang goreng.

Cooking Direction

Cook 500 g mutton/beef/chicken cuts with 1800 ml water until the meat is tender (if the meat is still tough, add a little bit of water).
Put ½ jar of this seasoning and 200 ml instant coconut milk, cook until
boiling and the final soup 1500 ml.
Put into 5 bowls: meat cuts, cabbage sliced, tomatoes, etc. Pour the soup, add sweet soy sauce, melinjo chips, and fried shallot.

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Kemiri, Kunyit, Jahe, Sereh Bubuk, Lada, Garam,
Gula, Minyak Nabati, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621), Kalium Sorbat (E202).

Shallot, Garlic, Candlenut, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemongrass Powder, Pepper, Salt, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Monosodium Glutamate, (E621), Potassium Sorbate (E202).
