Cap Ibu Story started in 1990 from a small home kitchen in Jakarta. Cap Ibu products began with Sambal (Chili Sauce) then followed by Bumbu Masak (Instant Seasoning). Cap Ibu became the first brand that sells Sambal Terasi in a jar outside Indonesia. Over the years, Cap Ibu has continued to research other variants and now we have more than 50 types of Chili Sauce and Instant Seasoning.
