Bumbu Soto Betawi

Aturan Memasak

Rebus 600 g potongan daging dan 1200 ml air dengan api kecil hingga empuk dan air kaldu tersisa 400 ml, angkat dan sisihkan (tambahkan lagi air saat merebus jika daging belum empuk).
Masak 1000 ml air, 200 ml santan cair instan, 400 ml air kaldu, dan ½ botol bumbu ini hingga mendidih.
Atur dalam 4 mangkuk : Irisan daging, irisan tomat, perkedel, perasan jeruk limo/nipis, sedikit kecap manis, lalu siram dengan kuah soto panas.
Taburkan daun bawang, bawang goreng, dan emping melinjo.

Cooking Direction

Boil 600 g beef cuts and 1200 ml water on low flame until the meat is tender and broth 400 ml left (Add extra water during cooking if the meat is still tough).
Cook 1000 ml water, 200 ml instant coconut milk, 400 ml broth, and ½ jar of this seasoning until boiling.
Set 4 bowls : beef cuts, tomato cuts, potato fritters, leprous lime/lime juice, a little bit of sweet soy sauce, then pour with hot soto soup.
Sprinkle leek, fried shallot, and melinjo chips.

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kemiri, Kunyit, Jahe, Laos, Sereh Bubuk, Ketumbar, Lada, Garam, Minyak Nabati, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621), Kalium Sorbat (E202).
