Bumbu Soto Ayam

Aturan Memasak

Rebus 500 g ayam dan 2000 ml air dengan api kecil hingga ayam empuk (±30 menit), angkat ayam, suwir-suwir dan sisihkan.
Masukkan ½ botol bumbu ini, lalu didihkan sebentar (± 5 menit).
ATUR DALAM 4 MANGKUK :
Sohun dan tauge (sudah direndam air panas), kol, suwiran ayam, telur rebus, dll
Siram dengan kuah soto panas, tambahkan jeruk nipis/lemon.

Cooking Direction

Boil 500 g chicken and 2000 ml water on low flame until the chicken is tender (±30 mins), then take out, shred and set aside.
Add ½ jar of this seasoning, boil briefly (± 5 mins).
SET 4 BOWLS :
Glass vermicelli and bean sprouts (soaked in hot water), shredded cabbage, shredded chicken, boiled egg, etc.
Pour with hot soto soup, add lime/lemon juice.

Komposisi

Bawang Putih, Bawang Merah, Kemiri, Kunyit, Jahe, Sereh Bubuk, Minyak Nabati, Ketumbar, Gula, Garam, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621), Kalium Sorbat (E202).
