Bumbu Rendang

Aturan Memasak

Siapkan 500 g potongan daging sapi, ½ botol bumbu ini, 1200 ml santan kental dari 1½ butir kelapa (700 g) ATAU 1000 ml air ditambah 300 ml santan cair instan.
Masak semua bahan hingga mendidih lalu kecilkan api kompor dan teruskan memasak sambil sering diaduk sampai daging empuk dan kuahnya mengering (bila daging belum empuk, tambahkan lagi air).

Cooking Direction

Prepare 500 g beef cuts, ½ jar of this seasoning, 1200 ml coconut milk made from 1½ grated coconut (700 g) OR 1000 ml water, and 300 ml instant coconut milk.
Cook all of the ingredients until boiling then reduce heat to low flame and simmer, stir frequently until the meat is tender and water gets dry (Add extra water during cooking if the beef is still tough).

Komposisi

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kemiri, Kunyit, Jahe, Laos, Sereh Bubuk, Ketumbar, Gula, Garam, Minyak Sayur, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621), Kalium Sorbat (E202).
