Bumbu Mie Goreng

Aturan Memasak

 Tuang air panas ke dalam 200 g mie/bihun/sohun dalam panci, tiriskan, lalu sisihkan.
Panaskan 4 sdm minyak sayur, masukkan 2 butir telur diurak-arik.
Masukkan 2 sdm penuh bumbu (50 g) bersama 125 g sayuran/daging yang dikehendaki (sayuran hijau, kol, bakso, daging, dll.).
Tambahkan sedikit air (100 ml), kemudian masak hingga sayuran matang.
Masukkan mie/bihun/sohun dan tambahkan 2 sdm kecap manis.
Aduk hingga merata dengan api sedang.

Cooking Direction

Pour boiling water over 200 g egg noodle/rice or glass vermicelli in a pot,
drain well, set aside.
Heat up 4 tbsp cooking oil, put in 2 scrambled eggs.
Put in 2 level tbsp on the seasoning (50 g) with 125 g vegetables or meat as desired (green vegetables, cabbage, meatball, meat, etc.).
Add a little bit of water (about 100 ml), then cook until the vegetables cooked.
Add egg noodle/rice or glass vermicelli and add 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce.
Mix well at medium heat.

Bawang Putih, Bawang Merah, Kecap Asin (Kedelai, Air, Garam), Gula, Garam, Lada, Minyak Nabati, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621), Kalium Sorbat (E202).
