Bumbu Laksa
Indonesian Laksa Seasoning Paste
Ingredients :
Shallot, Garlic, Chilli, Candlenut, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemongrass, Coriander Seed, Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).
Cooking Directions:
- Prepare 300 g chicken cutlets, ½ jar (115 g) of this seasoning paste, 1000 ml water, & 130 ml instant coconut milk OR 1200 ml coconut milk made from ½ (200 g) grated coconut.
- Cook all of the ingredients using low flame. Stir frequently until the meat is tender.
- Add water as needed. Final portion is about 1 liter.
Serving Suggestion :
- For 4-5 pax.
- Serve with vermicelli, bean sprouts, chicken shred, boiled eggs, basil leaves, and lime juice.
- Sprinkle with melinjo chips.
Store in dry place with lid secured. Refrigerate after opening to extend shelf-life (recommended).
Komposisi :
Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kemiri, Kunyit, Jahe, Sereh, Ketumbar, Lada, Gula, Garam, Minyak Nabati, Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202).
Aturan Memasak :
- Siapkan 300 g potongan ayam, ½ botol (115 g) bumbu ini, 1000 ml air, & 130 ml santan cair instan ATAU 1200 ml santan kental dari ½ butir (200 g) kelapa parut.
- Masak semua bahan dengan api kecil. Sering-sering diaduk hingga daging empuk.
- Tambahkan air jika diperlukan. Kuah akhir sekitar 1 liter.
Saran Penyajian :
- Untuk 4-5 porsi
- Sajikan dengan bihun, tauge, suwiran ayam, telur rebus, daun kemangi, dan air jeruk nipis.
- Taburkan emping melinjo.
Tutup rapat dan simpan di tempat yang sejuk dan kering. Simpan di dalam kulkas setelah dibuka untuk masa simpan yang lebih lama.
