Bumbu Laksa

Aturan Memasak

Siapkan 300 g ayam, ½ botol bumbu, 1000 ml air dan 130 ml santan instan ATAU 1000 ml santan dari ½ butir (200 g) kelapa parut.
Masak semua bahan dengan api kecil hingga ayam empuk (sering diaduk).
Setelah matang, tambahkan air hingga kuah laksa tepat 1000 ml.
ATUR DALAM 4 MANGKUK :
Bihun dan tauge (sudah direndam air panas), suwiran ayam, telur rebus, lontong/ketupat, daun kemangi, perasan air jeruk nipis.
Siram dengan kuah laksa panas, taburkan bawang goreng dan emping melinjo.

Cooking Direction

Prepare 300 g chicken, ½ jar of this seasoning, 1000 ml water, and 130 ml instant coconut milk OR 1200 ml coconut milk made from ½ (200 g) grated coconut.
Cook all of the ingredients on low flame .and stir frequently until the meat is tender
Add water until the soup becomes 1000 ml. 
SET 4 BOWLS :
Vermicelli and bean sprouts (soaked in hot water), chicken shreds, boiled egg, Indonesian rice cakes (lontong/ketupat), basil leaves, and lime juice.
Pour with hot laksa soup, sprinkle fried shallot, and melinjo chips.

Komposisi

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kemiri, Kunyit, Jahe, Sereh Bubuk, Ketumbar, Lada, Gula, Garam, Minyak Nabati, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621), Kalium Sorbat (E202).
