Bumbu Ketupat Sayur

Aturan Memasak

Masukkan 1000 ml air, 100 ml santan cair instan, dan ½ botol bumbu ke dalam panci (opsional : tumis bumbu dengan 2 sdm minyak sayur).
Masukkan 250 g sayuran (kacang panjang/buncis, labu siam, petai, dll).
Masak hingga mendidih lalu kecilkan api kompor dan lanjutkanmemasak sambil sering diaduk hingga sayuran matang (± 30 menit).
Siapkan 5 mangkuk, masukkan ketupat kemudian tuang sayuran dan kuahnya, tambahkan potongan telur rebus.

Cooking Direction

Add 1000 ml water, 100 ml instant coconut milk, and ½ jar of this seasoning into the pot (optional : stir fry seasoning with 2 tbsp cooking oil).
Prepare 250 g vegetables (long bean/green bean, chayote, stink bean, etc).
Boil then reduce heat to low flame, keep cooking until the vegetables are cooked ((± 30 minutes).
Prepare 5 bowls, add in Indonesian rice cakes (ketupat), pour the soup and vegetables, add boiled egg.
