Aturan Memasak

Rebus 500 g potongan daging sapi, 1200 ml air, dan 60 g bumbu ini dengan api kecil sampai daging empuk dan kuahnya mengering (Bila daging belum empuk, tambahkan lagi air saat memasak).
Goreng daging empal dengan api kecil hingga berwarna coklat.

Cooking Direction

Cook 500 g beef cuts, 1200 ml water, and 60 g of this seasoning on low heat until the meat is tender and water gets dry (Add extra water during cooking if the meat is still tough).
Fry on low heat until the meat slices turn a brown color.

Bawang Putih, Laos, Ketumbar, Jinten, Garam, Gula, Asem, Minyak Nabati, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621), Kalium Sorbat (E202).
