Bumbu Ayam Goreng

Aturan Memasak

Siapkan 500 g potongan ayam, 300 ml air, dan 50 g bumbu ini.
Masak semua bahan dengan api kecil hingga daging empuk dan kuahnya mengering (bila daging belum empuk, tambahkan lagi air).
Kemudian goreng ayam.

Cooking Direction

Prepare 500 g chicken cuts, 300 ml water, and 50 g of this seasoning.
Cook all of the prepared ingredients on low flame until the chicken is tender and water gets dry (add extra water during cooking if the chicken is still tough).
Then fry the chicken.

Komposisi

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Kunyit, Ketumbar, Kemiri, Jahe, Bubuk Sereh, Garam, Flavor Enhancer (E621).

Ingredient

Shallot, Garlic, Turmeric, Coriander Seed, Candlenut, Ginger, Lemongrass Powder, Salt, Flavor Enhancer (E621).
