Bumbu Ayam Panggang

Aturan Memasak

Masak 600 g potongan ayam, ½ botol bumbu ini, dan 300 ml air dengan api kecil hingga daging ayam empuk (± 30 menit) (Bila ayam belum empuk, tambahkan sedikit air saat memasak).
Bumbu olesan : Ambil 10 sdm kuah sisa rebusan ayam, campurkan dengan 2½ sdm kecap manis, aduk rata.
Panggang / Bakar ayam sambil sering diolesi bumbu olesan.

Cooking Direction

Cook 600 g chicken cuts, ½ jar of this seasoning, and 300 ml water on low flame until the chicken is tender (± 30 minutes)(If the chicken is still tough, add a little bit of water during cooking).
Smear sauce: Mix well 10 tbsp gravy sauce and 2½ tbsp sweet soy sauce.
Bake / Grill the chicken, bast and turn with the smear sauce occasionally.

Komposisi

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kemiri, Laos, Asem, Garam, Kecap  Manis (Kedelai, Gula Merah, Air, Garam), Minyak Nabati, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621), Kalium Sorbat (E202).

Shallot, Garlic, Chili, Candlenut, Galangal, Tamarind, Salt, Sweet Soy Sauce (Soy, Palm Sugar, Water, Salt), Palm Oil, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Potassium Sorbate (E202).
