Bumbu Ayam Panggang
Grilled Chicken Seasoning Paste
Ingredients :
Shallot, Garlic, Chilli, Galangal, Salt, Sweet Soy Sauce (Soybean, Palm Sugar, Water, Salt), Vegetable Oil, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).
Cooking Directions:
- Cook 600 g chicken cutlets, ½ jar (115 g) of this seasoning paste, and 300 ml water with low heat for about 30 mins.
- Check if chicken is tender or add more water to continue cooking.
Grilling Sauce :
- Mix 10 tbsp of cooked sauce with 2½ tbsp sweet soy sauce.
- Use to grill the chicken by smearing it evenly over medium-high heat.
Store in dry place with lid secured. Refrigerate after opening to extend shelf-life (recommended).
Komposisi :
Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Laos, Garam, Kecap Manis (Kedelai, Gula Merah, Air, Garam), Minyak Nabati, Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202).
Aturan Memasak :
- Masak 600 g potongan ayam, , ½ botol (115 g) bumbu ini, dan 300 ml air dengan api kecil selama 30 menit.
- Jika ayam belum empuk, tambahkan sedikit air dan teruskan memasak hingga daging empuk.
Bumbu Olesan :
- Campur 10 sdm kuah bumbu dengan 2½ sdm kecap manis.
- Panggang ayam sambol sering diolesi bumbu olesan.
Tutup rapat dan simpan di tempat yang sejuk dan kering. Simpan di dalam kulkas setelah dibuka untuk masa simpan yang lebih lama.
