Bumbu Semur

Aturan Memasak

Tumis 75 g bumbu ini dengan 3 sdm minyak sayur.
Masukkan 500 g potongan daging sapi, 1200 ml air, dan 3 sdm kecap manis.
Masak semua bahan dengan api kecil hingga daging empuk dan kuah mengental (Bila daging belum empuk, tambahkan lagi air).

Cooking Direction

Stir Fry 75 g of this seasoning with 3 tbsp cooking oil.
Add in 500 g beef cuts, 1200 ml water, and 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce.
Cook on low flame until the meat is tender and the sauce thickened (If the meat is still tough, add more water during cooking).

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kemiri, Jahe, Kayu Manis, Pala, Lada, Cengkeh, Kecap Manis (Kedelai, Gula Merah, Air, Garam), Garam, Minyak Nabati, Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202).
