Bumbu Pepes Ikan

Aturan Memasak

Siapkan 500 g ikan segar, bersihkan, buang isi perutnya, dan sayat-sayat badannya.
Lumuri dengan ½ sdt garam dan 4 sdm air jeruk nipis/lemon, diamkan 15 menit, lalu ikan dicuci kembali.
Lumuri badan ikan dan isi rongga perut ikan dengan 80 g bumbu ini.
Bungkus ikan dengan daun pisang / aluminium foil.
Kukus ikan selama 1 jam, kemudian panggang selama 10 menit.

Cooking Direction

Prepare 500 g fish, clean, gutted then slits on both sides.
Smear with ½ tsp salt and 4 tbsp lime/lemon juice for 15 minutes then wash again.
Smear fish and the cavity with 80 g of this seasoning adequately.
Wrap fish with banana leaf/aluminum foil.
Steam for 1 hour, then grill for 10 minutes.
