Bumbu Opor Ayam
White Curry Seasoning Paste
Ingredients :
Shallot, Garlic, Candlenut, Lemongrass, Pepper, Salt, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).
Cooking directions:
- Stir fry 75 g of this seasoning paste with 3 tbsp cooking oil.
- Add in 500 g chicken cutlets and 500 ml water, continue frying until fully cooked.
- Add in 130 ml instant coconut milk then continue cooking using low heat until the chicken is tender.
Store in dry place with lid secured.
Komposisi :
Komposisi : Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Kemiri, Sereh, Lada, Garam, Gula, Minyak Nabati, Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202).
Aturan Memasak :
- Tumis 75 g bumbu ini dengan 3 sdm minyak goreng.
- Masukkan 500 g potongan ayam dan 500 ml air, masak hingga mendidih.
- Tambahkan 130 ml santan cair instan lalu masak dengan api kecil hingga ayam empuk.
Tutup rapat dan simpan di tempat yang sejuk dan kering.
