Bumbu Gulai Ikan

Aturan Memasak

Siapkan 500 g ikan segar, bersihkan, buang isi perutnya, sayat-sayat badannya.
Lumuri dengan ½ sdt garam dan 4 sdm air jeruk nipis/lemon, diamkan 20 menit, lalu cuci kembali.
Masak potongan ikan, 80 g bumbu ini, 400 ml santan dari ½ butir (200 g) kelapa parut ATAU 400 ml air dan 130 ml santan cair instan dengan api kecil hingga mendidih dan matang.

Cooking Direction

Prepare 500 g fish, clean, gutted then slits on both sides.
Smear with ½ tsp salt and 4 tbsp lime/lemon juice for 20 minutes, then wash again.
Cook fish, 80 g of this seasoning, 400 ml coconut milk made from ½ grated coconut (200 g) OR 400 ml water and 130 ml instant coconut milk on low flame until boiling.

Komposisi

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kunyit, Jahe, Sereh Bubuk , Asem, Garam, Gula, Minyak Nabati, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621), Kalium Sorbat (E202).
