Mutton in Tongseng Seasoning

 

Komposisi :

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Kemiri, Kunyit, Jahe, Bubuk Sereh, Lada,

Minyak Nabati, Garam, Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic, Candlenut, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon Grass Powder, Pepper,

Palm Oil, Salt, Flavor Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202)

Botol Jar / Jar Bottle : 250 g / 8.8 oz

Bahasa Indonesia :

1. Rebus 500 g potongan daging kambing / sapi dengan 1.8 lt air hingga empuk

    (bila daging kurang empuk, tambahkan sedikit air)

2. Masukkan 1/2 botol bumbu (125 g) dan 200 ml santan instan, masak

    hingga mendidih

3. Angkat daging, tambahkan air hingga kuah tepat 1.5 lt

4. Atur dalam 5 mangkuk : potongan daging, irisan kol, tomat, dll.

Tuang kuah panas, tambahkan kecap manis, emping dan bawang goreng

 

English :

1. Boil 500 g mutton or beef cuts with 1.8 lt water until the meat is tender

2. Put 1/2 jar of the seasoning (125 g) and 200 ml instant coconut milk,

    cook until boiling

3. Take out the meat, add water until the soup excatly 1.5 lt

4. Put into 5 bowls : meat cuts, sliced cabbage, tomato cuts, etc.

    Pour hot soup, add sweet soy sauce, melinjo crackers, and fried shallot
