Bumbu Taoge Goreng

Spicy Beansprout Seasoning

 

Komposisi :

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Tauco, Gula Merah, Garam,

Minyak Nabati, Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic, Chili, Fermented Soybeans, Palm Sugar, Salt,

Palm Oil, Flavor Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202)

Botol Jar / Jar Bottle : 250 g / 8.8 oz

Cooking Direction

Bahasa Indonesia :

1. Panaskan 3 smd minyak sayur, kemudian matikan api kompor

2. Masukkan 1/2 botol bumbu ini (125 g) dan 3 sdm air

3. Aduk perlahan agar saus merata, sisihkan.

4. Rebus taoge bersama dengan daun kucai (jika tersedia)

5. Atur di piring : taoge rebus, mie kuning rebus, tahu goreng, dan ketupat.

6. Tuang saus, beri sedikit kecap manis dan perasan air jeruk limo

 

English :

1. Heat up 3 tbsp of cooking oil then tum the heat off

2. Put 1/2 jar seasoning (125 g) and 3 tbsp of water

3. Stir sauce slowly and evenly, set aside

4. Boil beansprout with chinese chives (if available)

5. Set in a plate : boiled beansprout, boiled egg noodle, fried tofu,

    and Indonesian rice cake

6. Pour sauce, add a little bit of sweet soy sauce
