Komposisi :

Bawang Putih, Bawang Merah, Kemiri, Kunyit, Jahe, Sereh Bubuk,

Minyak Nabati, Ketumbar, Lada, Gula Pasir, Garam, Penguat Rasa (E621),

Pengawet (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Garlic, Shallot, Candlenut, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon Grass Powder,

Palm Oil, Coriander, Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Flavor Enhancer (E621),

Preservative (E202)

 

Berat Bersih / Net Weight :

Botol Jar / Jar Bottle : 250 g / 8.8 oz

Kemasan Sachet / Sachet Packaging : 100 g / 3.5 oz

Cooking Direction

Bahasa Indonesia :

1. Siapkan 500 g ayam dan 2 lt air, rebus dengan api kecil hingga ayam empuk

    (± 30 menit), angkat ayam, suwir-suwir lalu sisihkan

2. Masukkan ½ botol bumbu (125 g), didihkan sebentar (± 3 menit)

  ATUR DALAM 5 MANGKUK :

- Sohun dan tauge ( sudah disiram air panas ), kol, suwiran ayam, telur rebus,dll.

- Siram dengan kuah soto panas, tambahkan air jeruk nipis / lemon

- Taburkan daun bawang, seledri, emping dan bawang goreng

1. Prepare 500 g chicken and 2 lt water, boil on low flame until the meat is tender

    (± 30 minutes) then take out, shred and set aside

2. Add ½ jar of the seasoning (125 g), boil briefly (± 3 minutes)

  SET IN 5 BOWLS :

- Glass vermicelli and bean sprouts ( soaked in hot water ), cabbage,

  chicken shreds, boiled egg, etc.

- Pour with hot soto soup, add lime / lemon juice.

- Sprinkle leek, celery, melinjo crackers, and fried shallot
