Komposisi :

Bawang Putih, Bawang Merah, Cabai, Kemiri, Jahe, Kayu Manis,

Pala, Lada, Cengkeh, Kecap Manis, Garam, Minyak Nabati,

Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Garlic, Shallot, Chili, Candlenut, Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg,

Pepper, Clove, Sweet Soy Sauce, Salt, Pepper, Palm Oil,

Flavor Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202)

Botol Jar / Jar Bottle : 250 g / 8.8 oz

Cooking Direction

Bahasa Indonesia :

1. Tumis 1/3 botol bumbu ini (83 g) dengan 3 sdm minyak goreng

2. Masukkan 500 g porongan daging sapi (sengkel), 1.2 lt air dan

    3 sdm kecap manis

2. Masak semua bahan dengan api kecil hingga daging empuk dan

    kuah mengental (± 250 ml).

    Bila daging belum empuk, tambahkan lagi air

1. Stir fry 1/3 jar of the seasoning (83 g) with 3 tbsp of cooking oil

2. Add 500 g beef cuts (shank), 1.2 lt water and 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce

3. Cook on low flame until the beef is tender and the sauce thickened

    (± 250 ml left). If the meat is still tough, add more water
