Sour Vegetable Soup Seasoning

 

Komposisi :

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kemiri, Laos, Asam, Daun Salam,

Garam, Gula, Penguat Rasa (E621)

 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic, Chili, Candlenut, Galangal, Tamarind, Bay Leaves, Salt,

Sugar, Flavor Enhancer (E621)

Botol Jar / Jar Bottle : 260 g / 9.2 oz

Cooking Direction

Bahasa Indonesia :

1. Siapkan 600 g sayuran ( jagung manis, kacang panjang, nangka muda,

    labu siam, melinjo, kacang tanah, daun melinjo )

2. Rebus sayur dengan 2 lt air hingga mendidih dan sayuran masak

3. Masukkan 1/2 botol (130 g) bumbu ini dan ± 6 sdm gula pasir

    ( Bila kuah masih terlalu asam, tambahkan sedikit air )

4. Sajikan untuk 4 porsi

 

English :

1. Prepare 600 g vegetable cuts ( sweet corn, long beans, unripe jackfruit,

    chayote, melinjo, groundnuts, and melinjo leaves )

2. Boil vegetables with 2 lt water until boiling and the vegetables are cooked

3. Add ½ jar of the seasoning (130 g) and ± 6 tbsp sugar

    ( If the soup is still too sour, add a little bit of water )

4. Serves for 4 portions
