Peanut Satay Seasoning

 

Komposisi :

Kacang, Bawang Merah, Bawang Putiih, Cabai, Gula, Garam, 

Minyak Nabati, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621), Kalium Sorbat (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Peanut, Shallot, Garlic, Chili, Sugar, Salt, Palm Oil, Monosodium

Glutamate (E621), Potassium Sorbate (E202)

 

Berat Bersih / Net Weight :

Botol Jar / Jar Bottle : 260 g / 9.2 oz

Cooking Direction

Bahasa Indonesia :

- 750 g fillet ayam potong kecil-kecil, balur dengan 25 g bawang

   putih halus, 85 ml kecap manis dan 70 ml minyak sayur kemudian

   diamkan 1 jam dan jadikan 40 buah tusuk sate

- Bakar sate ½ matang selanjutnya olesi dengan minyak sayur / mentega,

   bakar lagi sate hingga matang

Aturan Membuat Saus Sate :

Campur 1 botol bumbu (260 g) dengan 50 ml kecap manis dan 100 ml air,

aduk hingga rata

Cara Saji :

Siapkan 4 buah piring@ 10 tusuk sate, tuang dengan saus sate,

taburkan bawang goreng

 

English :

- 750 g chicken fillet cut into small pieces, marinated with 15 g mashed garlic,

   85 ml sweet soy sauce and 70 ml vegetable oil.

   Leave for 1 hour then thread into 40 skewers

- Grill satay until half done then smear with vegetable oil / butter

   and grill again until well done

To Make Satay Sauce :

Mix 1 bottle of this seasoning (260 g) with 50 ml sweet soy sauce

and 100 ml of water, stir evenly

Serving Suggestion :

Prepare 4 plates @ 10 skewers, pour with the sauce,

and sprinkle with fried shallot
