Komposisi :

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kemiri, Kunyit, Jahe, Laos,

Sereh Bubuk, Ketumbar, Lada, Gula Pasir, Garam, Minyak Nabati,

Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic, Chili, Candlenut, Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal,

Lemon Grass Powder, Coriander, Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Palm Oil,

Flavor Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202)

Cooking Direction

Bahasa Indonesia :

1. Siapkan 500 g potongan daging sapi (sengkel), 1/2 botol bumbu (120 g),

    1.2 lt santan kental dari 1.5 butir (700 g) kelapa parut atau bisa diganti

    dengan 1 lt air ditambah 300 ml santan instan.

2. Masak semua bahan sampai mendidih, kecilkan api kompor dan teruskan

    memasak hingga daging empuk dan kuahnya mengering

3. Selama memasak sering-sering diaduk

    (bila daging belum empuk, tambahkan lagi air)

 

English :

1. Prepare 500 g beef cuts (shank), 1/2 bottle of the seasoning (120 g),

    1.2 lt coconut milk made from 1.5 (700 g) grated coconut or can be

    subtituted for 1 lt water with 300 ml instant coconut milk

2. Cook all of the preparation ingredients until boiling then reduce heat

    low and simmer, stirring frequently until the beef is tender and water get dry

3. Add extra water during cooking if the beef is still tough
