Fish Pesmol Seasoning

 

Komposisi :

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Laos, Kunyit, Jahe, Sereh Bubuk,

Garam, Gula, Asam, Minyak Nabati, Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic, Chili, Galangal, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon Grass Powder, Salt,

Sugar, Tamarind, Palm Oil, Flavor Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202)

Botol Jar / Jar Bottle : 240 g / 8.5 oz

Bahasa Indonesia:

1. Siapkan 500 g ikan segar (gurame / mas / kembung), cuci bersih,

    buang isi perutnya, sayat-sayat badannya

2. Lumuri dengan ½ sdt garam dan 4 sdm air jeruk nipis / lemon, diamkan

    20 menit, kemudian ikan dicuci kembali lalu digoreng, tiriskan dan sisihkan

3. Tumis ½ botol bumbu (120 g) dengan 8 sdm minyak goreng (55 ml)

4. Tuang bumbu di atas ikan goreng

 

English :

1. Prepare 500 g fresh fish ( giant gourami / carp / mackerel), well cleaned,

    gutted then slits on both sides

2. Smear fish with ½ tsp salt dan 4 tbsp lime juice, leave for 20 minutes,

    then fry fish, take out, and set aside

3. Stir fry ½ jar of the seasoning (120 g) with 10 tbsp vegetable oil (70 ml)

4. Pour the seasoning sauce over the fried fish
