Bumbu Pepes Ikan

Steam & Grilled Fish Seasoning

 

Komposisi :

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kemiri, Kunyit, Gula Pasir, Garam,

Sereh Bubuk, Minyak Nabati, Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic,Chili, Candlenut, Turmeric, Sugar, Salt, Lemon Grass Powder,

Palm Oil, Flavor Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202)

Botol Jar / Jar Bottle : 250 g / 8.8 oz

Cooking Direction

Bahasa Indonesia :

1. 500 g ikan segar, buang isi perutnya, sayat-sayat badannya, lalu dicuci bersih

2. Lumuri dengan 1/2 sdt garam dan 4 sdn air jeruk nipis/lemon,

    diamkan 15 menit lalu ikan dicuci kembali

3. Lumuri badan ikan dan isi rongga perut ikan dengan 1/3 botol bumbu (80 g)

4. Bungkus ikan dengan daun pisan / aluminium foil

5. Kukus ikan selama 1 jam, kemudian panggang selama 10 menit

 

English :

1. 500 g of fresh fish, gutted and slits on both sides then cleaned

2. Marinate with 1/2 tsp salt and 4 tbsp lime / lemon juice for 15 minutes,

    then wash again

3. Smear 1/3 bottle of the seasoning (80 g) over the fish including the cavity

    of the fish adequately

4. Wrap the fish with banana leaf / aluminium foil

5. Steam for an hour, then grill for 10 minutes
