Indonesian Laksa Seasoning

 

Komposisi :

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Kemiri, Kunyit, Jahe,

Bubuk Sereh, Ketumbar, Lada, Gula, Garam, Minyak Nabati,

Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic, Chili, Candlenut, Turmeric, Ginger,

Lemon Grass Powder, Coriander, Pepper, Sugar, Salt,

Palm Oil, Flavor Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202)

 

Berat Bersih / Net Weight :

Botol Jar / Jar Bottle : 250 g / 8.8 oz

Bahasa Indonesia :

1. Siapkan 300 g ayam, ½ botol bumbu (125 g), 1 lt air dan 150 ml santan instan

    ATAU 1.3 lt santan kental dari ½ butir (220 g) kelapa parut

2. Masak semua bahan dengan api kecil hingga ayam empuk ( sering diaduk - aduk )

3. Setelah matang, tambahkan air hingga kuah laksa tepat 1.1 lt

   ATUR DALAM 4 MANGKUK :

 - Bihun dan tauge (sudah direndam air panas), suwiran ayam, telur rebus,

  lontong / ketupat, daun kemangi, perasan air jeruk nipis

- Siram dengan kuah laksa panas, taburkan bawang goreng dan emping melinjo

1. Prepare 300 g chicken, ½ jar of the seasoning (125 g),1 lt water and 150 ml instant

    coconut milk OR 1.3 lt coconut milk made from ½ (220 g) grated coconut.

2. Cook all the preparation ingredients on low flame until the meat is tender

    and stirring frequently

3. After cooking, add water until laksa soup become excatly 1.1 lt

  SET IN 4 BOWLS :

- Vermicelli and bean sprouts (soaked in hot water), chicken shreds, boiled egg,

  Indonesian rice cake ( lontong / ketupat ), basil leaves, and lime juice

- Pour with hot laksa soup, sprinkle fried shallot and melinjo crackers
