Indonesian Ketupat Sayur Seasoning

 

Komposisi :

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Cabai, Gula, Garam, Kemiri,

Kunyit, Terasi, Minyak Nabati, Mononatrium Glutamat (E621),

Kalium Sorbat (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic, Chili, Sugar, Salt, Candlenut, Turmeric, Fermented

Shrimp, Palm Oil, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Potassium

Sorbate (E202)

Cooking Direction

Bahasa Indonesia :

- Tumis ½ botol bumbu ini (135 g) dengan 2 sdm makan minyak sayur

- Masukkan 1 lt air ditambah 100 ml santan instant

- Masukkan 250 g sayuran (kacang panjang, buncis, labu siam, pete, dll)

- Masak hingga mendidih lalu kecilkan api kompor dan lanjutkan masak 

   hingga sayuran matang (±30 menit), sering-sering diaduk

- Cara penyajian : Siapkan piring, masukkan potongan ketupat, tuang kuah

   berikut sayurannya, kemudian taburkan bawang goreng dan kerupuk

Sajikan untuk 5 porsi

- Stir fry ½ jar of this seasoning (135 g) with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil

- Put in 1 lt of water and 100 ml instant coconut milk

- Prepare 250 g of vegetables (long bean, green bean, chayote, petai, etc)

- Boil all the vegetables then reduce heat to low flame

- Kepp boiling until all the vegetables well cooked (±30 minutes)

- Serving suggestion : Set in a plate, pour the hout soup with vegetables

   over the Indonesian rice cake, garnish with fried shallot and crackers

Serve 5 portions
