Komposisi :

Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih, Kunyit, Jahe, Laos, Ketumbar,

Jinten, Asam, Garam, Penguat Rasa (E621)

 

Ingredients :

Shallot, Garlic, Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal, Coriander, Cumin,

Tamarind, Salt, Flavor Enhancer (E621)

 

Berat Bersih / Net Weight :

Botol Jar / Jar Bottle : 280 g / 9.9 oz

Cooking Direction

Bahasa Indonesia :

1. 700 g ikan segar, buang isi perutnya, sayat-sayat badannya, lalu dicuci bersih

2. Lumuri dengan 1/4 botol bumbu (70 g), diamkan selama ± 20 menit.

3. Goreng ikan hingga kering dan berwarna kuning kecoklatan

 

English :

1. 750 g of fresh fish, gutted and slits on both sides then cleaned

2. Smear 1/4 jar of the seasoning (70 g) over the fish, leave for ± 20 minutes.

3. Fry the fish until turn golden yellow
