Komposisi :

Bawang Putih, Cabai, Ketumbar, Lada, Jinten, Kapolaga, Kemiri, Garam,

Gula, Asam, Minyak Nabati, Penguat Rasa (E621), Pengawet (E202)

 

Ingredients :

Garlic, Chili, Coriander, Pepper, Cumin, Cardamon, Candlenut, Salt,

Sugar, Tamarind, Palm Oil, Flavor Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202)

Bahasa Indonesia :

1. Siapkan 500 g daging kambing muda (usia 5 bulan) / sapi (has dalam)

    dipotong bentuk dadu

2. Remas daging dengan 1/2 botol bumbu ini (120 g), lalu biarkan selama 1 jam

3. Tusung daging, lalu bakar / panggang di atas bara api sambil sekali-sekali

    diolesi kecap manis
